Integrated building engineering

Four disciplines.
One coordinated approach.

A building performs best when every element is considered together. We align structural, mechanical, electrical and energy requirements from the outset, creating coordinated engineering solutions that are efficient, practical and carefully shaped around the needs of each project.

01 / Civil Engineering

Civil Engineering

Civil engineers inspecting reinforced-concrete slab reinforcement against construction drawings.

We provide structural and seismic design for building projects, from analysis and member sizing to coordinated drawings and technical detailing.

Structural & Seismic Design. Every design is developed in accordance with the applicable Eurocodes, Cyprus National Annexes, and the specific requirements of the project. We establish the structural system, analyse loads and load paths, size structural members and foundations, and prepare the calculations and technical documentation needed to define a safe, practical solution. Structural Drawings & Detailing. We also prepare coordinated structural working drawings, including plans, sections, and reinforcement or connection details, as applicable. Structural information is coordinated with the architectural, mechanical, and electrical design so that openings, service routes, construction tolerances, and buildability requirements are addressed before work reaches site.

  • Structural and seismic analysis, calculations, and member sizing
  • Plans, sections, reinforcement details, and connection details
  • Eurocodes, Cyprus National Annexes, and project-specific requirements

02 / Mechanical Engineering

Mechanical Engineering

Mechanical engineer coordinating a building-services model with structural information and technical drawings.

We provide mechanical building-services design, engineering calculations, technical drawings, and construction supervision for building projects.

Each solution is developed around the use, occupancy, operating conditions, and specific requirements of the building. Heating, cooling, ventilation, domestic water, hot-water, drainage, and related systems are assessed and designed with particular attention to safety, functionality, energy efficiency, control, access, maintenance, and reliable long-term operation. Plant areas, shafts, ceiling zones, openings, and distribution routes are coordinated with the architectural, structural, and electrical design. Clear calculations and drawings support procurement and installation, while construction supervision helps resolve site queries, review implementation, and maintain the intended technical performance as the project is built.

  • Mechanical design, engineering calculations, and technical drawings
  • Heating, cooling, ventilation, water, hot-water, and drainage systems
  • Multidisciplinary coordination and construction supervision

03 / Electrical Engineering

Electrical Engineering

Electrical engineers coordinating distribution routes, schematics, and installation drawings for a building.

We provide electrical installations design, engineering calculations, technical drawings, and construction supervision for building projects.

Each design is developed around the building’s scale, use, expected demand, equipment, and future needs. Power distribution, lighting, emergency lighting, protection, earthing, and associated electrical systems are planned as a coordinated installation, with appropriate space and routes for boards, equipment, containment, operation, and maintenance. Calculations and drawings support safe and reliable operation, clear on-site implementation, and compliance with the applicable technical and regulatory requirements. Electrical layouts are coordinated with the architectural, structural, and mechanical design, while construction supervision supports installation reviews, site queries, testing, and correct implementation.

  • Electrical design, engineering calculations, and technical drawings
  • Power, lighting, emergency lighting, protection, and earthing systems
  • Regulatory coordination, site implementation, and construction supervision

04 / Building Energy Performance Studies

Building Energy Performance Studies

Engineers reviewing a building energy model, performance charts, and thermal analysis.

We prepare building energy performance studies and calculations for new and existing buildings, considering both the envelope and technical systems.

The assessment considers how orientation, geometry, glazing, shading, insulation, air leakage, thermal bridging, occupancy, and the mechanical and electrical systems influence energy demand. Calculations and option studies allow envelope improvements, system efficiencies, controls, and appropriate renewable technologies to be evaluated as part of the overall design. Our objective is to support regulatory compliance and the selection of well-documented solutions that reduce energy consumption and improve overall building performance. For both new construction and existing-building upgrades, the study is coordinated with the architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical design so performance measures remain practical, compatible, and clearly documented.

  • Studies and calculations for new and existing buildings
  • Envelope, technical-system, and energy-demand assessment
  • Regulatory compliance and documented performance improvements
